These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Techmining.com service provided by Search Technology, Inc. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Search Technology, Inc.
Techmining.com is provided for authorized technology, patent, publication, and innovation analysis workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content and downstream use comply with applicable law, contracts, and internal policy.
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, maintaining accurate registration information, and complying with verification, country, and usage requirements applied by the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Techmining.com relies on the Google Gemini API, which is available only in the countries and territories listed at Gemini API available regions. Access to the service from outside these regions is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found using the service from outside the supported regions, including through the use of proxies or other means to disguise location.
Account information is retained in accordance with applicable statutory requirements. Accounts are deleted 180 days after paid access ends or you last sign in, whichever is later (or 180 days after registration or the last sign-in for accounts that never had paid access). Paid access includes subscriptions, passes and trials. Before an account is deleted we email the address on file. After deletion we retain no record of the account, and continued use of the service requires registering again.
Techmining.com is sold as a monthly subscription, billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled. Each subscription period includes an allotment of analysis credits; using up your credits may limit access to certain product actions until your allotment renews.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
All orders, sales, and billing are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd. or Paddle.com Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for our products. By purchasing our product, you are buying from Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the payment and transaction process.
