A Techmining.com membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Each payment covers the upcoming one-month service period, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not end your current period. You keep access to your membership and its credit allotment until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which no further charges are made.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. Refunds are reduced in proportion to the analysis credits used during that period, and a request may be declined where the service has been substantially used or there is evidence of abuse. A refunded subscription is cancelled and its access ends.
Renewal payments are not refundable. Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, we do not provide prorated refunds for time remaining in a renewal period.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us promptly through the Contact Us page. We will investigate and correct any genuine billing error, which may include issuing a refund for that specific error.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.
Questions about billing, cancellation, or this policy can be directed through the Contact Us page.
